  • Should I book in advance?
We suggest booking in advance when possible. Knowing in advance is appreciated so we can better prepare for your service. For post-surgery lymphatic massages it is a good idea to book 1-3 weeks prior to surgery date.
  • Is it important for me to disclose any medical conditions or allergies I may have?
Yes. Let us know of any conditions, surgeries, allergies, preferences, pregnancies or issues you are experiencing so that we may customize your service. Also, let us know if you have any product or scent sensitivity. Our products are organic and we do diffuse essential oils unless you prefer otherwise.
  • How do I cancel an appointment?
Please cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. We understand that sometimes things comes up last minute but we ask that you please avoid same day cancellations because we plan our day around your appointments. Please have a mutual respect for our time as well. If an appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours a 50% charge will apply. No shows are charged full price. Deposits are non-refundable. All sales are final. Services are not transferrable.
  • How early should I arrive to my appointment?
You should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. This will allow you the necessary time to fill out any paperwork, rest, and/or use the restroom prior to your service. Your appointment time may still end at the original time scheduled even if you are late due to other bookings.
  • Should I drink water after any body services?
During your treatment toxins are released inside your body. It's important to drink water after your service to flush these toxins out.
  • I want to book some body-services but I have a medical condition. What do I do?
Anyone who has a medical condition such as cancer, osteoporosis, rheumatoid arthritis, deep vein thrombosis, recent heart attack or surgery, hematomas, tumors, hernias, recent or unhealed fractures, burns or infections, or who are pregnant should speak to their doctor first prior to booking any body services. This information should be disclosed during your consultation prior to any services.
  • May I use my cell phone during my visit?
As a common courtesy to everyone (including yourself) please silence your phones during your visit. Camera use is not allowed unless approved by the owner.
  • May a companion join me in my treatment room?
In order to provide you with the best service possible, no one is allowed in the treatment room other than yourself and staff. Please review our Spalicies page for more information.
