Cancellations

  • Please cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.  We understand that sometimes things comes up last minute but we ask that you please avoid same day cancellations because we plan our day around your appointments.  Please have a mutual respect for our time as well.  If an appointment is cancelled in less than 24 hours a 50% charge will apply.  No shows are charged full price. If an appointment is running 15 minutes or more late, it will be considered cancelled. Deposits are non-refundable. All sales are final. Services are not transferrable. No exchanges. 

 

Cell Phones

  • As a common courtesy to everyone (including yourself) please silence your phones during your visit. Camera use is not allowed unless approved by the owner.

 

Child-Free Zone

  • Heavenly Face & Body loves children, however, in order to provide a relaxed atmosphere for yourself and other guests, children are not permitted.

 

Children Services

  • Parents and/or guardians must sign a consent form for any guest under the age of 18. We do offer a limited menu of services for guests 18 and under.

Early Arrival

  • You should arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of your appointment. This will allow you the necessary time to fill out any paperwork, rest, and/or use the restroom prior to your service. 

Gift Certificates

  • Gift Certificates are available in any denomination and for any treatment. They are non-refundable, cannot be used toward a gratuity, and expire within 90 days of purchase.

Late Arrival (Tardiness)

  • We understand that sometimes being late is unavoidable, however, due to other appointments late arrivals will be forced to shorten their sessions. Clients who arrive late will be charged in full for their scheduled service, but will receive a pro-rated session. For example, if your appointment is scheduled for 45 minutes and you arrive 15 minutes late, you will be charged for the session, but will only receive 30 minutes of treatment; this includes consultation and changing time.

Making Appointments

  • All appointments must be made through our online scheduler. A non-refundable deposit will be required in order to book an appointment. To accommodate your desired appointment a credit card is required at the time of booking, for 50% payment of service to guarantee your reservation.

 

No-Show Policy for Packages

  • We missed you, but our staff have been waiting. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time with clients who are on our waiting list to receive services.  Since the service time is reserved for you personally, a no-show to your appointment will result in being charged the full price of your scheduled service.

  • If you miss an appointment from a package, you will have the option of being charged $65.00 or forfeit one of your package sessions.  

 
Payment Options

  • We accept cash, Visa, AMEX, and MasterCard. Prices and treatments are subject to change without notice. 

 

Pets

  • No pets are permitted per the health department.


Refunds

  • There are no refunds for services or sale items.

 

Smoking Policy

  • To ensure a healthy, safe environment, Heavenly Face & Body is a non-smoking facility.


Special Accommodations

  • If you have any ailments, allergies, sensitivities, disabilities or special health concerns, including pregnancy, please let us know in advance so we can best accommodate you. For the safety of mothers-to-be and unborn(s), we have a limited menu of services to choose from.
